We take this opportunity to introduce our Company YESMAN SERVICE MANAGEMENT PVT. LTD. an Organization designed to provide Security Guards/Maintenance Staff to Industries, Commercial Organization, Warehouses, Hospitals and Restaurants etc.

We are an organization, based on systems and procedures for ensuring that a quality service is provided to our esteemed clientele.

We are a Total Security & Facility Management Solution Provider.

The Organization came into existence in 2017. The Headquarters is located at South Delhi. There is a constant endeavor to provide best services to our clients to commensurate with their expectations, the focus being on achieving excellent standards. Our clients include Govt Offices, Establishments, Industrial Houses and number of other prestigious organizations.

CENTRAL STAFF: Most of our Senior Management, Mgr.’s & Field officer’s are Civilian, who have immense experience in security and allied subjects. It is our constant endeavor to keep in touch with our clients on regular basis. Any complaints received are promptly attended.

COMMUNICATION: In keeping with the latest technological advancements, our field staff is provided with Cellular phones replacing the VHF Wireless Network to enable us to stay in touch with our personnel and the clients at all times. The use of cellular phones has been initiated to make possible an enhanced twoway communication system. Now our field officers can be contacted anywhere in an hour of emergency and help is met out in the shortest possible time. Our operational room is manned round the clock with different shifts of Field officer’s and we have dedicated vehicle for the same.

TRAINING: We impart exhaustive training to our guards. All-important aspects related to Access Control, Security of Personnel and Security of material are covered during the training. The guards are also given practical training in handling of fire fighting equipment. Besides, "on job" training is imparted periodically to obtain optimum efficiency. Training is conducted by experienced Senior retired Defence & Para Military Officers.

FIELD STAFF: Field Staff primarily consists of Operational Manager, Field Officers and Field Supervisors. They are responsible to ensure disciplined functioning of our guards. Periodic checks are carried out to maintain/achieve-desired results. Field Staff also conducts Night Checks.

CONTROL ROOM: Our control rooms, located at Headquarter and branches,are manned 24hrs to meet any unforeseen eventualities. The field staff is available all times to answer queries, if any, at any point of time.

Our Parameters

  1. The security personnel are minimum matriculate.
  2. Specialized training of 7 days is imparted to security personnel to be deployed at a specific location i.e. ATMs, MNCs, Ports, Retails, Institutions, Manufacturing or Hospitality Sector.
  3. Constant refresher trainings and on-the-job trainings are imparted – culminating in 29 training days every year for new inductees and 17 days for existing employees.
  4. Specific need based training is given to employees on emergent basis.

Quality

  1. Each branch has a recruitment panel which scrutinizes each candidate's background, reliability and capability.the panel also decides the number of days.
  2. All guards meet the following recruitment criteria:
  3. Be able to read and write in Hindi & English.
  4. Have reasonably robust physique.
  5. Live an overnight bus journey away from city of work.
  6. They are recommended by known persons.
  7. Their antecedents are verified by the police/local professionals/village elders who certify their character.
